This is true. Unfortunately there is a very high possibility that if you hang out with people who use drugs and alcohol then you will too. This will be due to peer pressure and wanting to fit in with your friends. There is also a possibility that you will not take the drugs or alcohol and you will not be a victim of peer pressure but the chances are higher that you will.
