P(X) = 3x^3 - 2x^2 + 6x - 5
P(2) = 3(2)^3 - 2(2)^2 + 6(2) - 5
P (2) = 3(8) - 2(4) + 6(2) - 5
P(2) = 24 - 8 + 12 - 5
P(2) = 23
