If there are 5,280ft in a mile and 3 feet in a single yard then its 5280÷3=1,760yards in a mile. Likewise if there are 5,280 feet in a mile, then it would be 5,280×12inches(because there are 12 inches in a foot). 5,280×12=63,360inches in  a mile.
1mile=5,280feet
1mile=1,760yards
1mile=63,360inches
