Well, a state representative is someone from a country who goes to Contests, Competitions etc, who represents their country/school/college. So if you're at a Competition and the judges ask you questions for example:-
-What is the most popular campus and Why?
-Is Ebola a man made virus or a natural virus? Explain your reason of your answer.
-Do you think every citizen has the right to vote? Debate and discuss on your answer.
