No, because an equilateral triangle can only be an equilateral triangle if ALL three sides are equal, or congruent, in length. If only two sides are equal in length, then it is an isosceles triangle.

no, a equilateral triangle means all sides are the same length. so an equilateral triangle must have all sides the same.
