solve for x.

y=−3/7x−1

Flip the equation.

−3/7x−1=y

Add 1 to both sides.

−3/7x−1+1=y+1

−3/7x=y+1

Divide both sides by (-3)/7.

−3/7x−3/7=y+1−3/7

x=−7y−7/3

While y = -3/7 x - 1

The graphing is shown in the attachment below.
