You only have to pay 70 percent of the real cost.

0.7 * 365 = 255.5
0.3 * 365 = 109.5

You get a discount of $109.50 and the sales price is $255.5

In this question, we're assuming sales tax is negligible.

If there is sales tax, just multiply everything by 1.08.
