The sum of angles in triangle always add up to 180°.
Using this theory, we can first calculate x by listing out a algebraic formula.

92° + 85° + x = 180° (angle sum of triangle)
x = 3°

Now by using x = 3°, we can list another formula to calculate y.

100° + 3° + y = 180° (angle sum of triangle)
y = 77°

Therefore x is 3° and y is 77°.
