[tex] 10x^2=29x-21 \\ 10x^2-29x+21=0\\ \Delta=(-29)^2-4\cdot10\cdot21=841-840=1\\ \sqrt{\Delta}=\sqrt1=1\\ x_1=\frac{-(-29)-1}{2\cdot10}=\frac{28}{20}=\frac{7}{5}\\ x_2=\frac{-(-29)+1}{2\cdot10}=\frac{30}{20}=\frac{3}{2}\\[/tex]
